Reaching distinct audiences with relevant messaging.

House Collective developed a segmented email strategy designed around the relationship each audience already had with the firm. Campaigns included cold outreach to introduce services, warm outreach to existing relationships, referral communication for current clients, reactivation for disengaged contacts, and an automated welcome journey for new inbound leads.

The strongest warm-audience email recorded a 30% click-through rate, and the strongest cold-series email recorded a 27.46% click-through rate. The referral email recorded a 25% click-through rate.

Adding lifecycle marketing to the strategy.

House Collective built the campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot, including a four-email Welcome Series triggered by new website leads. The sequence was designed to acknowledge interest, explain the firm's approach, build credibility through case examples, and support the next conversation.

Together, the segmented campaigns and automated nurture created a repeatable lifecycle structure the firm could continue using as new contacts entered the database.

Turning expertise into content people could use.

House Collective translated the strategy into 18 LinkedIn posts with branded creative organized around thought leadership and education, connection and engagement, and awareness and value. Topics included sustainability reporting, regulatory developments, greenwashing prevention, stakeholder engagement, and practical resources.

House Collective also developed a branded Resource Library to centralize the firm's newsletter, issue briefs, downloadable guides, and case studies. The hub recorded 131 clicks, creating a simple way for audiences to explore the firm's expertise while giving the team visibility into the topics drawing interest.

Testing paid media with priority audiences.

House Collective tested three LinkedIn boosts with senior decision-makers in sustainability-aligned roles across selected U.S. markets and industries. The brand-awareness campaign reached 59,833 people and recorded 85,490 impressions.

Two website-visit campaigns recorded 39 and 52 visits respectively. The stronger recorded a 1.37% click-through rate and $1.92 cost per visit. During the paid campaign comparison period, the website recorded a 29.3% increase in active users and a 33.5% increase in new users compared with the prior period.

Creating a framework the team could continue using.

House Collective connected the strategic roadmap to practical implementation across messaging, email, automation, social content, resource access, paid media, and measurement. The closing analysis and recommendations covered future email cadence, resource promotion, paid media testing, and thought leadership.

The engagement gave the firm coordinated marketing programs, reusable campaign assets, and a clearer framework for continuing business development and visibility over time.

The work moved from strategic assessment into implementation, creating a coordinated set of campaigns, workflows, content, resources, and measurement practices the team could continue to use and refine.
