House Collective Becomes a Certified B Corporation

House Collective is now a Certified B Corporation. Certification confirms that our social, environmental, and governance practices meet B Lab’s verified standards for responsible business. It also places us within a global community of companies committed to using business as a force for good.
The certification process included completion of the B Impact Assessment and an independent verification review across governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. Based on this assessment, House Collective earned an overall B Impact Score of 83.3. The median score for businesses completing the assessment is 50.9, and a minimum score of 80 is required to qualify for certification.

Understanding B Corp Certification
B Corp Certification is a comprehensive, third-party verification of a company’s practices and impact. The process evaluates policies, operations, and outcomes across multiple impact areas and includes documentation review and confirmation of how accountability and transparency are integrated into day-to-day operations.
Certified B Corporations are required to make performance information publicly available through the B Corp directory and to complete recertification every three years. This structure supports accountability over time and encourages continued improvement as businesses grow and evolve.
There are fewer than 10,000 Certified B Corporations worldwide, representing a global community aligned around shared standards for responsible business practices.
